Refund Policy

3 Orbit Solutions aims to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience to all clients. We offer a structured revision and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Revision Policy

We provide up to 20 revisions per project to help refine your design based on the original brief. Revisions are intended to improve the initial concept and do not include complete changes in direction or new concepts.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate charge due to a processing error
  • Failure to deliver the service as agreed
  • Inability to meet the requirements outlined in your original brief

For dissatisfaction with design services, a refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the initial design delivery. If no request is received within this timeframe, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the delivered work.

Refund Structure

  • Before initial concept delivery: Eligible for a full refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee)
  • Within 48 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee)
  • Between 48-120 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (minus a 10% service & processing fee)
  • After 120 hours of delivery: Refund requests will not be entertained

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • A revision has already been requested after initial delivery
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Lack of communication for more than 3 weeks after multiple follow-ups
  • Requests that fall outside the defined refund timeframe

In case of inactivity, the project will be placed on hold and may resume once communication is re-established.

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email at sales@3orbitsolutions.com with a clear explanation of the concern. Each request will be reviewed individually, and 3orbitsolutions.com reserves the right to approve or decline requests based on policy compliance.

Important Note

Once a refund is processed, all rights to the delivered work remain with 3orbitsolutions.com, and you are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any materials provided.
